Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information CoScaling AI collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain language.
Who we are
CoScaling AI provides fractional AI leadership to small and mid-sized companies. We are based in San Francisco, California. You can reach us about anything in this policy at wayne@coscalingai.com.
What we collect
- AI Maturity Snapshot. Your answers to the 13 questions, and the name, company, work email and phone number you enter at the end.
- Booking a call. When you book a 20-minute call, Google Calendar collects your name, email address and the time you choose so the meeting can be scheduled.
- Email. Anything you send us when you email us directly.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and secure the site.
We do not ask for payment details, government ID numbers or other sensitive personal information on this website.
How we use it
- To show you your snapshot results and send you a copy.
- To follow up about your snapshot or a call you booked, and to understand whether we can help your company.
- To run, maintain and secure the website.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Where it is stored
Snapshot submissions are stored in our Google Workspace account (Google Sheets). Calls are scheduled with Google Calendar and held on Zoom or Google Meet. The website is hosted by Vercel, and its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it to follow up with you and run our business, and we delete it sooner if you ask.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing wayne@coscalingai.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
